

Refund Policy
​Because we are a software as a service (SaaS) business focusing on affordable services, we DO NOT offer a refund for products that we have built and delivered to you, unless the product is faulty. It takes us a considerable amount of time to build any of our products. We offer most of our services through a subscription rather than a one -off payment (unless already agreed otherwise). We ensure that the products we deliver meet your needs and are fully operational. Where required or appropriate, we will make reasonable adjustments to the final product. You can always cancel any subscription if you no longer need our services. We are therefore not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change you mind. Certainly, if a product becomes faulty, we will attempt to repair this as soon possible. If we fail to repair or replace the digital product, you will be issued a pro-rated refund from when the product became faulty. However, any setup fee is non-refundable unless the product was faulty from the start.
